Cancellation Policy
At Homezy, we understand that customers may need to cancel an order due to personal reasons, incorrect details, or change of mind. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation Before Shipping
Customers can request order cancellation before the order is shipped or dispatched from our warehouse.
To cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order ID and registered mobile number or email address.
If the cancellation request is received before shipping, we will cancel the order and process the refund, if payment has already been made.
Order Cancellation After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
If the order is already shipped, customers may refuse delivery or request a return after receiving the product, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping charges, COD charges, or other service fees may not be refundable once the order has been shipped.
Cash on Delivery Order Cancellation
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers can request cancellation before dispatch.
Homezy reserves the right to cancel COD orders if the order cannot be verified, the customer is unreachable, the address is incomplete, or the location is not serviceable by our courier partner.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD service for future orders.
Prepaid Order Cancellation
For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or selected refund method after cancellation approval.
Refunds usually take 6 to 7 working days to reflect, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Cancellation by Homezy
Homezy reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:
- Product is out of stock
- Payment failure or payment verification issue
- Incorrect product price or listing error
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping address
- Customer is unreachable for order confirmation
- Delivery location is not serviceable
- Suspected fraud, misuse, or suspicious order activity
If Homezy cancels a prepaid order, the full eligible amount will be refunded to the customer.
Changes in Order Details
Once an order is placed, changes in address, phone number, product, quantity, or payment method may not be possible after processing begins.
Customers should contact our support team immediately for any changes. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
