At Homezy, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
You may request a return if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
A return request should be raised within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order details, product images, and an unboxing video, if available.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
Personal care products, hygiene products, used products, damaged products caused by customer misuse, items without original packaging, and products purchased under clearance or special offers.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you about the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or selected refund method. Refunds usually take 6 to 7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacement
In case you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery, if eligible.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, COD charges, or other service fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
